In this study, my role as the researcher will be that of participant observer. I will work with the five upperclassmen to teach them about digital video and its integration on the Internet. I will observe the freshmen and sophomore classes and note how they interact with the network project. I will also lend my technical expertise should there be a problem with the network activity.

All the students who participate in this study will remain anonymous. The will be identified according to gender and year-in school. Participation in this study will in no way effect their grade in their respective math courses. Consent forms will be handed-out to the students prior to participation in the study. Only those students who receive consent from a parent or guardian will be able to participate.
